Wow.... that shows how useful the test with the white 599GTB HGTE pkg against the LFA in some magazine is utterly useless. So in some way we can safely say that the LFA in real world situation will be always better than the 599? LOL NICE.....

Yes but it's like having your brother fill in for you on your intramural baskball team versus having Michael Jordan in his prime, both playing under your name because they aren't on the team roster.

Both are cheating, but isn't one quite a bit more ridiculous?

I think it just got to the point where it is ridiculous. As some have stated Ferrari has been very controlling from the go and not very liberal with their cars or tests. Many tests in mags are from owner cars. I believe it was EVO or CAR that Ferrari got mad at for not winning Car of the Year and refused to send cars for a few years.

Ferrari has an aura of elitism that knows no bounds. It is part of the appeal I can only imagine what they did/said to Car and Driver when the LFA beat the 599 by a point in a review.

That is why I've said for so long most reviews are hogwash and I look for certain mags and writers. You also have to read as many articles as you can to come up with an overall opinion instead of just 1 or 2 sources

I hope he doesn't lose his position over this. Ferrari is THE premier exotic company.

well he expected to not drive ferrari anymore. good for him i say. i always support those who is in no fear and just try to say the right thing. their words are worth much more than someone who is biased and look the other way.

ferrari has a history of cheating. I remeber back ion the day when Ford and Shelby were gunning for a win and Enzo had the final race cancelled to keep them from taking the victory from Ferrari. They make amazing cars but this opens my eyes a little
