Wait... really? haha

I see a HUGE RX-like grille in there, a super sharp front end, and, erm, interesting proportions.

Yup ...

Just like I said on TLE, the cars in the Lexus Europe pic looks like a possible 3GS on the left ... but the car on the right looks way too tall, and has a too upright of a windshield to be a sedan. My guess would be a baby RX (a la X3) on the right...

Toyota trotted out its black beauty in front of the all-seeing camera lens for an in-depth studio shoot, and we've got the pictures to prove it. Check out full compliment of high-resolution photos in the gallery below, then hit the jump to check out the video of the Sports Illustrated Swim Suit-style photo shoot. If the production FT-86 looks this good, we can't wait for hit to hit news stands dealers everywhere.

Post Kizashi

Suzuki is set to reveal 2 all new cars at the upcoming New York Auto Show and the automaker has announced that 1 of those vehicles will be an updated Kizashi.

With Suzuki stating that the new reveal will bring the “Kizashi to the next level,”, we’re left wondering whether this may be the long awaited Kizashi turbo. A power boost might help the flaccid sales of this wonderful sedan, but with such limited ad dollars being spent on the car, we have to wonder whether some more grunt is really the answer.

As for Suzuki’s other reveal, well, we’ll have the answer for you when we cover the New York Auto Show in mid-April. Your guess is as good as ours.

I'm betting Scion FT 86 on the left and LF-Gh on the right.

The car on the right looks too low to be an SUV though... it almost looks like a 5GT competitor -shudder-

dunno what you're looking at, but the 'fluid' styling of cars like the hyundai sonata and elantra is anything but edgy/sharp!

yes, the new mb c/e class are boxier, but there's still lots of subtle curving line and very subtle creases which show themselves nicely when the light hits them. they're a way to take a design from boring to interesting without going crazy.

it's you. that comment has been posted on CL constantly ever since i've been on here, and usually means the person who typed it is so smitten by a certain era of design that they can't see past it and see anything redeeming about newer designed. funny thing is, generally if you wait a while and go look back at those older designs, they usually look cheap and cheesy. VERY few designs really stand the test of time.

Hopefully that is a lame rendering attempt, otherwise what a bland boring thing...

Damn that is a boring and bland car. How is this suppose to compete with the new 5 series and E class. I can only see people who really love the Lexus quality to buy these over a BMW 5 series or Mercedes E class.

That is speculative rendering using the current LS/GS with styling cues from the latest HS and CT.

I am hoping Lexus will introduce a whole new styling direction with the 4GS.

The sad thing is, that rendering might not be far from the truth.

Is a good thing though, so it won't make me want a new car

That was always true though since Lexus came out, every model is boring and bland but win people over with quality, reliability and smooth performance.

Even the LFA is boring and bland when you put it next to a Ferrari or Lambo with the same price tag.

hahah.

if that's the ES, then fine, ok.

whoever chopped that just added 2 doors to a CT.

i would never get that over a 5 series.
