Yup, it is 80 WB going uphill after the hiding spot in the center median the troopers like to do their radar from. I'd be going slow like that if I had a trooper up my ars.

That cop needs a raise. I've said dozens of times here, Hondas and Civics park in the fast lane with their 40 hp and 3 lbs of torque. Happens here all the time.
