My brother's new car

I have a friend who bought a 911 turbo and then a week later went out and bought a Prius to use as a daily driver. The lives in LA and the commuting is pretty intense for most. I think if he uses it everyday more power to him

I would never daily commute such a nice car in CA! Lol too much attention. If you've ever driven an exotic car around CA...the attention you get is pretty crazy unless your in an area like Beverly Hills. What does your bro do tho? That's a freicken sweet Ferrari

Well is daily drive to his office is literally like 2 miles. He does also have a G55 Suv when he needs more room. My brother owns his own investment firm in, and gas is the least of his concern. You don't want to guess what he paid for Registration last year on his LP460

There are many other areas in California, mostly Southern Cali, where a car like this wouldn't stand out too much. Beverly Hills is one for sure, but more so the entire Westside. Also the Valley has quite a few areas where this would be semi normal. Then think Newport Beach/CDM, possibly even all of South County. La Jolla in SD is also loaded with exotics.

Congragulations...nice car.
A Ferrari, though, used for daily-commuting....that must be a pretty stiff insurance rate. But, living that close to the office might help keep the rate down some.....and, of course, in cooler weather, it will have to be driven farther than that just to get the engine fully-warm.
And any reason why he prefers black to the traditional Ferrari-red...or just a personal thing?
