(Rules: post your current ride. Then, post which car you'd buy if your car was totaled and you could not buy another Lexus. Sure, we'd all take a Zonda or Maybach, so let's say no more than 10K over your current car's MSRP when it was new. Posting an explanation is optional).
Mine: 2010 IS 350
Would: 2011 Audi S4
Audi's have come to be the most beautiful cars on the road in my mind. I love my 350 more, but the S4 is one sexy beast.

What an absolutely magnificent and stunning ride this car is. I've always loved the exclusiveness behind it, but far more important were the engineering and styling features that went into it. It's truly one of the most iconic and legendary classics in the world. I actually saw one at a classic car event a few months ago and my love for it was strengthened. I want one, badly. I realize it requires a Citroen and Maserati specialist to maintain one properly, but if I had one of these I'd probably keep it on display in my living room so I can stare at it in a kind of awe and appreciation that will never fade...

I currently drive a 5-year-old Outback (formerly had a Lexus IS300, but its RWD just didn't cut it in the winter). I still like the Outback, more than any other single design, as a daily-driver, but the 2010 and 2011 Outbacks had shimmy-issues in the steering/front-suspension...waiting to see if the 2012's finally clear that up.
I could also live with a number of other daily-drivers, though, some FWD, not just AWD.....the Lexus RX350, Toyota Venza (though I wish the Venza's 19-20" wheels were smaller), Honda Crosstour (yes, despite its awkward-looking rear end), Ford Fusion/Lincoln MKZ AWD or hybrid, Chevy Malibu (its interior is superb), Subaru Forester, Honda CR-V, and Volvo XC-70 Cross-Country. I tend to like higher-stance AWD, wagon/hatchback type of vehicles, but more car-like than SUV. The Outback was, and still is, the best example.
