Front end noise
I have an IS 250 and have steadily been noticing the front end sound more and more noisy (road noise roar type sound). It is most prominenet below 20 MPH. I recently changed the brakes and turned the rotors and assumed it was the pads dragging, but it seems to be getting worse, and I can feel it in the wheel. I changed the tires a year ago, but did not notice any noise at that time. Could this possibly be an alignement issue, a breakpad/rotor issue, or bearing issue? Anyone had this problem? Just curious

It could be that your tires are getting older so they make more noise. This is very evident when using summer tires. Thats why I stopped. They are whisper quiet when new then as they age every time you are coming into a light you get this whirling noise
