Looks like a very nice and clean design from what I can see. I have always liked the exterior of the Gen6, so I'm obviously pleased that this is somewhat similar.

Still not sure about that back end...I'll have to see it in person, I suppose.

Interior looks like a huge step up but as with the derriere, I'll wait to see it in person!

i think they got the official specs and invented rest of the stuff :-)

they lowered combined by 0.2l on both engines and hwy by 0.4l on both engines... and every engine spec is exactly the same as is every dimension...

none of that makes sense.

8% lower consumption from engines that did well before means major changes?

for instance thats 0.4l less than Sonata with DI, and V6 is now only 0.4l worse than Sonata 2.0T.

should we expect some major changes, other than transmissions?

If this is the camry that made it into production, I want to see the one that the dealers supposedly sent back.

It seems that fold-down rear seats are only available in the SE, the one that actually should NOT get it to ensure better structural rigidity. Very curious decision.

Power passenger seat is optional even on the XLE? That's really lame... But hopefully with "Woodgrain interior trim" it'll look a lot closer to the JDM interior.

I don't see how this new design is an improvement over the last one. Mr. Toyoda, if this is what you can come up with, maybe you don't know what you're doing.

Spec sheets look good, but I'm most interested in the SE. I'd like to see what changes and updates they made to both the 4cyl and V6, and what the gas mileage will be for both.

Doing away with the auto window up/down on all the doors is lame.
