My wife and I are looking to buy another family SUV/Van. My wife likes the ventilated seats in my LS430 and asked me with other SUVs are out there that have those cooled seats with the holes. We'd prefer to stick with Lexus, but are open to others like Acura/Honda, Nissan/Infiniti, and a few other RELIABLE car companies.
BTW, we're looking to buy USED (around 20-30k), so keep that in mind.
Thanks!

If you can stomach the design, the newer Lincolns all have ventilated seats (might actually be cooled i forget lol). Like the MKX crossover suv, most Lincolns have solid reliability now as do fords in the last few years. 2004-09 Lexus RXs only came with heated seats. 2010+ has your ventilated seats as does the new GX. Of course these probably aren't in your price range

possibly off topic but the 1st ventilated seats I experienced were in a 2001 SAAB Viggen Turbo & the airflow was so strong you could not leave them on max more than a couple minutes, since then I have test driven dozens of ventlated seats & none have come close to the SAAB's & the worst by far are my own IS350's which I constantly check to make sure they are still on. I believe all SAAB SUVs were GM or Subaru based so ventilation may be reduced for SUVs.

Don't get me started about Saabs... I owned a 900 Turbo and SPG back in the late 80s early 90s. Miss my Saab, but there was a sob story to go with those cars, namely reliability.

We just looked at a 2007 Acura MDX this weekend. Nice car, but missing the vented seats and parking sensors. Looking for that third row seating and the RX with vented seats doesn't have it. Booo. Either i bust the budget or compromise on the seats... time to convince the wife that the vented seats will have to wait another couple years.

For those of us who have hotus posterioritis, non-perforated, not-ventilated leather is only slightly better than vinyl seats in the summer. Perforated leather helps some, but not enough in my book. I'd rather have good cloth seats rather than non-ventilated leather. However, a well-designed cooled seat with a peltier cooler and good seat bottom and back ventilation is best of all.
