ok, blast him for the rims but it's still a Rolls and the parking lot is pretty empty. No one is going to die from him taking up 4 spaces.... That's the least of the 'crimes' being committed in this picture.

No he can't. Owning the store doesn't mean you necesarily own the parking-lot with it. But oohpapi44 has a point. It's not going to make much difference in a virtually empty lot.

As far as the wheels go, it is dumb, IMO, to put oversized rims or tires on any car (not just a Rolls), as it can, and often does, give erroneous speedometer/odometer readings.
