At least here in L.A. I reported a few months ago I noticed Lexus ads virtually dried up (due to inventory shortages). Nothing had changed until today, when KNBC aired an RX and G25 lease. Nice to see these brands back in the game. Autoblog also forecasted large incentives to make up for the loss of sales. We shall see how well things pick up for the rest of the year.

I saw quite a few Lexus ads (like the one posted above) well after the tsunami and its effects had happend. Guess they already paid for the air time or something.

I also saw the awesome IS ad somewhat frequently where it's drifting in the desert and slides in between the C-class, 3-series, and A3.

i'm liking the infiniti ads which seem to go RIGHT after bmw, plus emphasizing infiniti's innovation/firsts.

lexus ads are definitely on the boring side these days. but i think that's because they don't have much new to talk about
