2013 Toyota Avalon revealed (pics pg.14)

Love the 3-spoke steering wheel. Almost too sporty for an Avalon. Tailpipe tips also look sporty. So far, so good.
Question: With the interior pic, don't the sideview mirrors look smaller than compared with the exterior pics?

looks like a hyundai (probably the azera?) since they're competing with the avalon

Rather it looks like a SE model or sporty trim of the Avalon... you can clearly see in a closeup of the second camoed car the Toyota logo on the grille.

Nah, if it was a competitor's car it would not be taped up and camo'ed, plus I don't think Toyota has to try and benchmark the Avalon against the Azera, as the latter is not even class leading or special.

All I know is I better not see anything resembling the new Lexus face on this car and the interior better not resemble the new Lexus interiors.
Toyota has historically taken Lexus cues, slapped them on some Toyota's then wonder why people make jokes.
I can't see anything so I'll wait to see the final product. Considering Toyota seems to have gotten it together I expect a superb product.

Gigantic front grill is reminiscent of a Hyundai Veloster or GC.
Always liked the current model and surprisingly see LOTS here in Philly lightly modded and one with a full bodykit (who knew one was available?!). I expect some nice improvements inside and out.
