If the battery died, then how come i can start it right up without jump starting it? It's running fine without the need to replace it.
What exactly is your issue? Sounds like you bought a new car, it would not start in the cold and you left it over winter without driving it since it did not start and now it starts fine in warmer weather?
If you bought a brand new car then you should have brought it back to the dealership if it did not start, you can take it to a mechanic or auto parts store and they should be able to run a test to determine if the battery, starter, or alternator have any issues. If you don't start a car for 3 months the battery will most likely not have enough charge to start the car and that is why your hearing a clicking noise. You may also just have a bad battery that is not holding a charge correctly if it will not start in cold weather. I can't think of a reason why a car would not start in cold weather but would suddenly work fine in warm weather unless you are talking brutal frigid temps where the battery is not equipped to handle the extreme cold temperatures.
If you don't drive a car for several weeks to several months you can buy a trickle charger that will keep the battery charged without having to start it or jump start it.
I left out my new car 3+ month outside doing Winter without garage and when i finally try to start it, it won't start now.

ok, well assuming the battery isn't in great shape for some reason and that it DOES in fact start now that it's warmer (although i've no idea where you are or how cold it was or when, etc.), that's not unusual. a battery has to work MUCH harder in winter than in summer. so in warm weather the battery was 'good enough' to get it started, but in winter, not good enough.
if it was not starting before you left it for 3+ months, why didn't you have it looked at back then?

they don't typically die entirely, they just don't charge as well and don't have enough charge to start the car when it's really cold.
