HELP. New Car won't start after 3+ month left out in the Winter.
I left out my new car 3+ month outside doing Winter without garage and when i finally try to start it, it won't start now.
Should i take it in the shop? Hope this is not a lemon, cause it's a brand new car!

Did you turn the car on and let it run for like 10-15 minutes every couple of days? If you just left it off for the entire duration of those 3 months, the battery is probably dead.
Did you try jumping it?

No, couldn't get it to turn on doing the cold, so i just let it sit though the winter until the whether warms up a little. Winter have pass now and it's running fine now. Im just curious why it won't turn on doing that time. Could it be frozen or a lemon?

What about all the new cars sitting at the dealer lot for months or even years, they don't diminish and doesn't need to jump start every time someone buys one.

car is not a lemon if your battery died.... dealers constantly have to maintain the battery on cars in the showroom or lots...

I worked at a dealer for 3 years and had to jump start NEW cars 100's of times, mostly in the winter of course. Fact is, new cars often sit for months without being moved much. Sometimes, they're just started and moved for a minute which isn't enough to recharge. Most dealers use demos for test driving so that you're not putting miles on all the cars.

To the OP, yeah, sounds like the battery. If it is completely discharged, get a battery charger and charge it over night or so. Jumping it will get it started but car may run unpredictably. Might shut off if you take it for a drive.
