Oh boy the M3 fanboys are gonna kill themselves over the M4 name. Wonder if M4 and 4-series will still sell in good numbers in Asia.

Interesting....they can market more "M" models this way....but there is still 1M which is a coupe with the flip flop name....

I think it would have been better if they kept the m3 as the coupe version and the m4 as the sedan version. It would kinda make sense since the sedan version is relatively new, and the m4 name is new.

Meh I don't like it. Should of kept the M3 name for coupe, convert, sedan. The big german lux makes all trying to fill in the "name" gaps. bleh

The 1-series will be renamed the 2-series at least the 1 M's successor will be called the M2.
