I would stay with your IS350.
Going from the IS350 to IS250 is not going to net you much savings in gas which will most likely be offset by the price of getting the IS250 anyways. The IS250 is slower then a 4 cylinder Acura TSX plus it has carbon deposit buildup issues due to Direct Injection which most likely will end up costing you more in the long run needing to get the engine cleaned/serviced once you are out of warranty then any savings in gas. The IS350 engine has regular port injection in conjunction with DI so to my knowledge it is not affected by carbon buildup like the IS250 or other Direct Injected engines is.
