I agree with a number of cars others have mentioned such as:

1. MK4 Supra
2. 3rd gen. RX7

IMO, I think the following cars have aged really well.

1. W220 MB S-Class:

2. E46 M3:

I agree that the 300zx (z32) and the NSX are still nice even today. Also the RX-7 (3rd gen) and the Supra (MK4).

I still get asked if my 300zx is a new car... and lots of time I get the "look at that Ferrari"....

This is mine:

20 years ago, 80K was a tidy sum. Prolly equal to 150K by today's economy. I don't belive many enthusiasts believed an Acura was worth that much.

I will have to say the 04-06 LS430. The design is clearly stolen from MB but the 430 executes it far better. Clean, elegant, understated lines will always age better than anything else. Also the 7-series and 300zx from the mid-90's are ageless designs. Todays potential classics I think will include the Audi S5, Honda S2000, and the recently retired SC430.

i agree. there are no old cars i see on the road that i prefer to their more modern counterparts. old cars may have some nice design elements, but they also have old lighting, old interiors, lack safety features, worse suspensions, worse wheel fitment, etc.
