That's true. While the chassis will almost certainly be dedicated to the NSX the hybrid powertrain will most likely be shared with the next RL even though the transmission cannot be shared due to the RL being on a FWD platform.
Transmission is the same too, think about it. RL is front engine FWD, NSX is mid engine RWD, is the same thing, the engine is driving the wheels right next to it

Pretty sure the PR says the New NSX will be manufactured in the Ohio plant. It did not mention where it's being designed, which by default should still be in Japan.
