I think it depends on the area you live in... and you don't have to have fast cars to drive fast. With my hot Integra LS my blood pressure goes up when I drive around here because people drive too damn slow. You can't have fast cars here... they will be wasted.

Cops need to start giving out tickets for people that do the following:

- Driving too low on public streets and highways / interstates - $200 ticket

- Left lane campers - $1000 ticket

- Solid Yellow Line Campers - $3000 ticket

- Stop on Green traffic light and take off on Red - $4000 ticket or jail time

- Not taking off on Green - $2000 ticket

This is most brilliant idea, seriously. The U.S. government should be able to pay off debt from China in a year. People here in America don't drive seriously. Maybe tickets will bring their attention.

That would be awesome.

I like those laws, wish they adopt that in Texas..

well the first 2 (speeding and reckless driving) was from a different county and the current is from the county i live in now. since it's my first speeding ticket in my county than i'll be able to get it dropped to improper equipment if i hire a lawyer.

Here in the state of Georgia, I have seen drivers sit through the green, and worse then that, here they can't even make left turns, nothing like seeing someone inch into the intersection to make a left only to watch the light turn red and instead of the driver making a left turn they put it into reverse and push everyone back behind the line.

Im amazed at how everyone here lacks basic driving knowledge.
