1) Porsche officially stated that due to poor sales (less than 4% of all Panameras sold so far), they stated that newer-built Panameras will NOT have stick shift anymore. You want a stick shift Porsche (7-speed manual), get the a 997 (the new 911 Carrera S).

3) Yes I agree with you on this following statement. I don't know why people say the Panamera is ugly......but whatever.

Saw it last night at the L.A. Auto Show.

I didn't like it when it came out due to its bulbous rear, but it keeps becoming more and more appealing to me now.
