Cars & Coffee v.12.17 *Virage+iQ Edition*
I got lucky this past Saturday morning and got out of work super early. But instead of heading home and napping, I went home showered and headed off to Cars and Coffee even earlier than usual. I was there by 6am and met up with one of my friends who happened to be driving an Aston Martin Virage on this day. What a beautiful car that is. Aston Martin might not build the best performing cars in the world but they sure build some of the best looking ones. Everything in the car screamed "look at me and all my beauty! Don't you just want me?!" They are like the supermodels of the automotive world. You'd take one with all it's faults, it doesn't matter how crazy they'd make you. One look at all that beauty and all is ok.
Shortly after I had my one-on-one time with the Aston, another friend of mine, Hooniverse.com bloggster Jeff Glucker arrived in an orange Scion (re:Toyota) iQ. Seeing as Aston is currently building the Cygnet which is based on the iQ, I thought it very proper that they be seen parked next to each other. So, after a little re-arrangement the perfect photo-op was set up. Soon, Jeff will have a write up on his site for those of you interested on an enthusiasts take on the iQ.
Other notable vehicles at Cars and Coffee on this day where a Ford Comete, a Ford GPA, a wiiide body CTS-V coupe, an Aventador, an MP4-12C, the Factory-5 GTM, a Ducati Desmodici RR, as well as an AMC Javelin. Oh yeah, and there where also two interesting old guys in a 32 Ford.
Now here are this weeks picks of the pics:

What a nice difference of cars. Looks like fun.
I am definitely an Aston Martin fan. I can't wait to see a Virage in person. In pics, the front lower facia looks a little weird but I've never said this in public cause I wanted to see it in person. Since it is part of the topic of this thread and the OP feels it is a beautiful car, I will take his word for it but I really want to see it now.

You inadvertently proved my point about that car. Factory5 should have used completely unique styling not copied something pre-existing when developing their own in-house supercar.
