Default Please explain Lexus Certified

Here is the situation:

Owner A bought this Certified Lexus 18 months ago at 62k miles (I wonder if it is still qualified to be certified at that much mileage and the Lexus dealer SA where it was sold confirm that)
Owner A traded the car in to a Non-Lexus dealership at 80k miles.
Owner B bought this car.

So the question is: Can Owner B use the remaining benefits of this certified Lexus (18 months and 20k miles left - from the 3years/100k miles)?

Thank you,

No. Lexus CPO is not transferable.

Non transferable, and yes it can still be warrantied at that mileage. Bought my CPO at 67k and saw another RX CPO at 97k miles.

Once the CPO and any extended factory-warranties are over, there are aftermarket warranties available. GEICO Insurance, for one, offers one of the better ones.

I believe that a number of years ago, the Lexus CPO warranty was transferable. However, with the passage of time, all of those warranties are now expired.

CPO limit is 70k.

Taken from Lexus site:

"If a model is older than six years or driven for more than 70,000 miles, it's immediately rejected. No exceptions."

Meh, either the dealership realized the mistake and took it down or someone bought it because it was gone the next day.
