Question What Lexus Models are FWD AWD? Looking to Upgrade from 92 es300. Need Some Input

Can't seem to find anywhere else what Lexus models are fwd & awd.

anyone?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm done with my 92 es300 since its on the way to a blown head gasket soon so I want to upgrade to a newer year (2002-2008 range)

Prefer awd or fwd only .

Plan on using for Canada winters & would like either 4 door, crossover, suv style.

minimum v6
loaded
premium package
i don't want sport ride, id like it to be smooth as glass.

So what would you recommend??

RX330 or 350 sounds like your best bet. 330s from 04' to 06, 350 07' and up

1993 es300 would be the logical choice.

Yes, and, unlike the RX, they both have a 4WD low-range transfer-case for off-roading.

Just a technicality, since so few of them are being built, but the Lexus LF-A and LF-C exotics are also RWD.

If we're getting technical, then there really is no LF-C... Concept LF-C turned in the the 2nd gen IS.

Yes, I know. I only mentioned it because, even if approved for production, there will (likely) be only a few built. On the Lexus website, BTW, it's listed as the LF-LC.

08 ES350, or RX350, like everyone said, it's time for a SUV.

BTW, I merged your 2 treads since there are basically your questions of buying a new Lexus. Thanks.

Good point. A lot of people don't think they need an SUV (or another type of AWD vehicle). But, once they actually sample the winter-traction and the extra ground-clearance in deep snow and over obstacles that routinely dent or damage lower-front-air-dams, they are sold.
