I was a bit disappointed too, but that isnt to say it was a bad commercial.

also, I think they should have kept, "the next generation of Lexus cannot be contained" instead of "change cannot be contained"

I thought they would show more spindle grill on the new models, kind of like the GS intro vid at the auto show

Maybe isn't enough for us, who see and read Lexus everyday but for normal people it should be good enough to tell me that Lexus has changed, it has a new design direction and it is sportier than never!

the GS means a big change in the direction lexus is taking things and in the new perception it wants to build from now on

"change" is a very fitting word in my opinion

Lol! While the car looks really cool I kinda think the commercial was a little lame. A little too Jurassic Park with the container thing and it trying to get out.

Well, Iaft6er seeing a "sneak" preview vof the 2013 GS on another website and now the commercial, I am not sure I like the new look. It's almost a cross between the BMW, Buick and GS. Hey, isnt that what KIA and Hundai used to do before they came up with some original designs of their own? The front end looks pretty radical. That said, there is nothing like first hand experience so a live look and drive v might change my "first" impressions.

I'm not a troll here and have a 3rd gen GS and love it. This new 4th gen may handle better with the lower tail as it will catch less side wind than the "fastback" type design of the 3rd gen but.......that's just my two cents.

Will it be a hit... sadly...... my prediction is no.
