Ok ... so I re-edited Lexus' commercials into one... this is how I think Lexus should have made it 
(sorry its low quality, I used a youtube downloader to get the files lol)

Autoblog rated the Lexus Super Bowl commercial a D. I don't agree with much of what Autoblog says about Lexus, but I sorta agree here. It's a good commercial, but I feel like it is a typical commercial that could be released any time of the year and not a Super Bowl quality commercial that people will remember. With that said, any Super Bowl commercial will reach a huge audience so I am glad that Lexus at least is joining in on that market.
Edit: Great job Gianstfan! I hadn't seen Beast 2.0 so good job on the edit. I definitely felt something was missing in the 1.0 commercial. It's like they cut out all of that extra footage from 2.0 that you added in. After the GS blasted out of its container, all of a sudden you see the GS pull in and the commercial ends. Very anticlimatic and abrupt. I'm glad there is a 2.0 version that shows more, but it looks like it wasn't edited together with 1.0 like you just did so good job.

What I'd like to see is more of these commercials from Lexus and not just for the Super Bowl!! I remember when the new E came out, there were tons of commercials on tv. I hardly see any from Lexus

Lexus Test Driver
I was watching the SB with mostly non-car people and they were all positive on the GS ad, with several of them saying they really liked how it looked. IMO the general lack of quality in SB ads this year may have helped the impact of the Lexus ad, at least relatively.
