My point was, I see 10+ different E9X M3 everyday, since the E9X M3 came out, I must have seen 100+ different cars on the street, and I have never seen a yellow one. If the yellow is indeed offer in the U.S., I must have seen one by now.

Yea - Dakar is a very rare color that has to be special ordered (and approved by BMW NA) but I have seen more than one here in Northern Cali. I've also seen a frozen gray one as well.
