FU 689 plate in HK would probably get severely harass...........lots of tickets and towing I imagine.

although pointing to the same body part, I have to say 167 in Cantonese slang has a different meaning from Richard in English though

i always think cantonese manage to bring out the emotion in a much better way than most language haha

Richard is Richard, is the same in all languages

They can still do it in HK (many people already did without problems), but not when they cross the border to the mainland ...

There is no immediate effect, but being communist, they get you later.

They keep a black list, me and you are probably on it now from talking about it on an internet forum about this. Their cyber security team is taking notes.
