Default Anyone here collect diecast cars from AutoArt?

Just wondering if anyone here collects diecast cars that are really detailed?
want to share the pictures of your collection here?

I went to my friend's house and discovered that hes a big time collector of AutoArt 1:18 cars

hes got over 40 cars including LFA, miura SV, zonda, CCX, 2000GT...etc
what an awesome collection

thinking of getting into it myself (used to collect hotwheels, burago, m.. 1:18 when i was a kid)

I have 2 china cabinets filled with 1:18 cars... this reminds me that I need to clean them up because they are dusty as a ****... here is the latest edition to the collection

LOL, that was from awhile back. Funny story is that I had my car in service and I was walking around in the gift shop and saw this and the it was my exact car a general manager was telling me it's been siting in there for a few years and after telling him I collect these cars he ended up giving it to me for free LOL

I will try to take some pics of the cabinets tonight.

I've got 30 to 40 cars, motorcycles and trucks. Various scales, some die-cast, and some that I've built my self, and everything from cheapie $10 toy-isle cars, to some that are worth a few hundred dollars. Everything from NASCAR, to vintage F1, LeMans, tuners, and plain road cars. I've been collecting them since I was in my teens.

Unfortunately, I can't take any pics right now, as they are all in storage. We just bought a new house six months ago, and they won't come out until I build the "man-cave" - it'll be heavily auto/moto/race themed!

I have one 1:18 AutoArt R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R, but my nephew broke it apart last year. And I have six 1:18 diecast cars from Maisto because they are cheap, I bought them from Costco for like $12 each, and they are Lamborghini Diablo SV, Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, BMW M5, Audi R8 GT, Porsche Panamera Turbo, and Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. All six of them are still in the boxes so easy to wipe off the dust. I wish Maisto could make more late year models because they are very nice for the money. AutoArt makes excellent cars but too expensive to collect. Most of the good ones are over $100 and some even $200. I wish I could buy the 1:18 Pagani Zonda from AutoArt.

Autoart diecast cars are too high roller for me. The only diecast car on my shelf is a Burago Lamborghini.
