Chevrolet Cruze station wagon unveiled ahead of Geneva

Are you referring to the reverse lights (why the left is red and the right is color white)???
If so, then let me clarify. The red one called is a REAR FOG LIGHT. In any European Union territory, all automobiles must have at least one rear fog light (and must be positioned either in the driver's side area or in the center-line or median).
Don't worry. If they bring this in America or elsewhere, you can be sure that it will come with two reverse lights............but if it ever comes with an asymmetric arrangement, then you can switch or replace the rear fog lamp with white-color a reverse lamp at your local Chevy dealer

I think though that to switch from rear fog lamp to a white reverse light, you have to replace the entire unit and you have to make changes to the wiring and circuitry as well........
Hope that helps
P.S.
Also
There are some cars that have fog lamp in the center
Or some cars that have rear fog lamps on BOTH sides

That's a good looking estate, Chevrolet are producing some decent cars lately. One thing I can't get away with is the bloody awful, cheap-looking gold "bowtie" they nail on these cars. It must be the worst car logo in the World.
