Topping Relaibilty yet netted a loss in ownership loyalty (based on a previous thread). Odd.

Does this list actually involve 2012-model vehicles, of those from earlier years? 2012 models, for the most part, will still be on sale for another 6 months or so......until the plants re-tool for the 2013 models. You cannot get reliability-data on vehicles that have not even been sold yet.

On top of the overall win, the LS had the lowest score in the industry with just 72 PP100, and the ES 350 & RX 350 both took first place in their respective segments.

LS leads the industry, just like it should be.

The article said JDP polled owners of 2009 model year vehicles.

Not surprised to see Chrysler/Dodge on the bottom (as usual). Honestly, I don't know why anyone would buy a Chrysler/Dodge product.

Tom
I loved you post
I woul rather bash Chrysler than eat ice cream but waited till some one else did before chiming in
I feel they sell on rock bottom price more than anything else
Fiat fell into the same trap Daimler did
Let's see how it goes
I continue to hope that someday no one will be driving Chryslers and expect Hyundai will take a great many of their customers in the next few years

LOL. I had a Dodge Caravan about 20 years ago that needed a whole new engine at 60,000 miles (despite being well maintained).. Last Chrysler product I will ever buy.
