With that much power and feather weight its going to fly. I think all of the media hype and coverage on the Veyron upset Motezemollo and he wants to take the top speed title. I hope they try

The funny thing is, this F70 might be the car that can FINALLY beat the Mclaren F1 in all performance categories.

The F1 came out in 1992

Gordon Murray is the man

So I heard that there is going to be some kind of boost function like what they are doing in the Porsche hybrid race car to get to 920 but the engine will be rated around 800hp. As if 800hp is not enough

The car uses a Kinetic Energy Retreval system that will harness energy from the brakes and will add to the 800 HP available. The 120 HP boost will only be available for a short time. Poor owners have to make due with only 800 HP

Power is never enough in an exotic car. Exotic car is a want, not a need.

Most people really just need a Scion iQ to get around.

^^^ that is the 599 successor the F620, not the new F70.

I am just glad that the V12 is staying, not the earlier rumor or V8 Twin Turbo. Because dialing back cylinder count is so not exotic.

A guy was driving a F40 in my commute this morning, is it because of the recent news of the F70, people are getting excited so they take out their exotic Ferrari on a Wednesday morning?

He didn't park it in front of the Ralphs, so it is still not a normal exotic
