Leno Reviews the LFA
Road & Track's Patrick Hong brings an LFA by Jay's garage for a review and test drive.
http://www.jaylenosgarage.com/
He makes some points that only an owner of several exotic cars might notice, saying the LFA is an exotic you can drive every day. Sure, his McLaren MP4-12C and a couple of his Lamborghinis are faster, but they are not so perfectly balanced in ALL categories as the Lexus. It just all works together, says Jay, calling the LFA a "sophisticated instrument", something you can drive every day without worry about its reliability or longevity. The demonstrator Hong brought by had 17K on the clock, something a Veyron or most Ferraris might not achieve in their lifetimes . . . and it was still a "new" car.
If you've got 20 minutes or so, have a look at his review video. To a dedicated LFA or Lexus fan, there's not much new here, but Jay's viewpoint as a owner and collector who's also a true hobbyist and aficionado of exotic cars is unique. He knows exotics from dozens of years of ownership, and it's that perspective that makes his review valuable.

While not a fan of Leno as a comedian he makes up for it with his knowledge. He's a true "car guy" and not someone who just fills up his garage with cars just for the sake of doing so. Kind of a shame the someone driving it as a demo curbed at least one of the wheels already

Leno's review holds much more value to me than fanboys and journalists who do not have the knowledge, experience, nor money to understand the complexities of automotive engineering, not to mention rarity and exclusivity, like the LFA's.
I'm glad Leno liked it.

Very cool video. I really enjoyed hearing Jay's thoughts on it as I have so much respect and admiration for him.
Thanks for sharing this!
BTW Watched it in full screen HD and there are some great close ups of the car.

I HAVE TO AGREE. Jay Leno is the kind of person who absolutely knows all cars and has owned and driven vehicles that most will never hear about , let alone to drive and own them

I have listened to both cars on video and in real life extensively, I am obsessed with exhaust notes
This guy was revving like crazy at the Cars and Coffee a few weeks ago:
