Vote with your feet - drive to an alternative, even if it is a bit of a trek.
Make both aware you're prepared to do this.
Complain to Lexus Customer Services/Corporate, and in your case specifically, I'd be wanting some form of goodwill beyond replacing the whindscreen and resolving the initial problem.
Next service done free of charge or whatever would be suitable compensation for the 600 odd miles added.

The more issues dealers try to wash their hands of, the more you should all be complaining to Lexus directly, so they can apply pressure on the franchisees, especially if their actions are causing the brand name to be brought into disrepute.

This Bells sounds like a bunch of bell-ends, and would be more suited to running a Taco Bell franchise instead of one selling luxury cars of up to $130K

Whilst the community idea is a good one, there's more owners who never venture near forums, so they're unlikely to be aware of rogue dealers, or ones where members have had problems with. On top of that, there's the element of if they haven't had any issue with the dealer, then that owner's issue/complaint is a one-off.
The old adage of "your can't please all of the people all of the time" would be deemed apt in such instances.

I hope Lexus come/came through for you and done enough to make you retain your custom.

They can call service manager but whatever the manager says goes . Although I hope to never have to be in the situation where I need to contact Lexus corporate, this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. They seemed so weak
But there is a problem with the car - the original reason it went in to be looked at, and the damage caused to the windscreen, not to mention the unauthorised overnight usage for the SA to drive himself to and from his home or wherever he was going.

You need to/should have escalate(d) the call to someone within Coroprate further up the food chain, as you are/were getting nowhere with the frontline foot soldiers.

I'm trying to find the corporate e-mail addresses, but in the meantime, that should suffice to get the ball rolling, and Bell's attitude readjusted.

If you're signed up to LinkedIn, then you may get more info.
At least there's a phone number, which might get the President's secretary, who could provide you with an e-mail address for him or the person in the video linked above.

So they never come back and stand up to correct your complain, huh? Such a bad biz practice.

A buddy of mine had Vossen Rims, turned out his wheels where made in China, the customer service was excellent but the quality of rims had fallen, he eventually got rid of the wheels, maybe for whatever reason those 22 are just not ideal for that LS

turns out I had a bad driveshaft and a bad set of tires. This is what made it so confusing. It would shake with the stocks because the driveshaft . Then when we replaced the part it only shakes with the 22's. The tech put the car in the air and put it in drive and I could clearly see the tread on both rear tires moving left and right. I will never buy Pirellis again. I am a Michelin man for life. Its the only brand I have never had to rebalance or had any issues with. I can afford them so I really have no excuse.

Thanks for checking on mr. I had the problem resolved then posted a glowing review for Scottsdale Lexus who spent the time on the car and did the Lexus quality evaluation. I hate Bell Lexus with a passion and will bash them forever. I had a guy who bought my GS call me and say that they almost refused him at Arrowhead Lexus because he was driving my old car. He had to prove he owned it and wasnt trying to bring it in for me. The funny thing is I have not owned the GS for 2 years. The guy who contacted me was the third owner. I think my complaint brought crap down from corporate so they are pissed at me. I LOVE IT!!
