Lexus corporate was speechless. They actually flew out the regional manager and FTS and held a special meeting at Scottsdale Lexus with the regional, FTS, service manager, and service advisor so we could tackle the issue and get it resolved. The Regional was embarrassed by Bell Lexus and bent over backwards to make it right. I was impressed with the response. Lexus is amazing . Bel Lexus SUCKS!!! After owning a GS and an LS I was ready to jump to another brand but the regional stepped up and earned my trust and respect. Lexus is truly exceptional . Even the SA at Scottsdale was just shaking his head when I told him what happened. Also all of the service people had all heard so many stories similar to mine and were also shaking their heads

I was going to take pics of my door panels and post them so you guys can see the quality of their work. You tell me if you think I am "too picky" LMAO. These guys at Bell Lexus in Phoenix AZ couldnt find their asses with two hands, a flash light, and a map. Biggest morons in the industry. Total hacks.

that would be useful! I am glad Lexus took care of you!

It is bewildering that the owner of Bell Lexus preffered to stick with his monkeys and wage a war against customer... it just never ever pays off.

Man, all of these letters, texts, calls, visits.... if that laundry list of stuff happened to me... i'd simply go quietly away for 6 months... then mysteriously there would be inventory damage issues on the lot. Hey, it's Arizona. Stuff's falling from the sky all the time.

I was amazed at the response from Lexus corporate. When I was sitting at this round table with the service manager, SA, FTS, and the regional manager I was almost speechless initially. The regional even waiting for me to get back from my 45 minute test drive with the field technical specialist. The service manager and the service advisor repeatedly told me " dont worry. We will figure this out for you". The regional left me number in case I had any problems. Even looking back I am totally blown away. Lexus corporate really came to my side. They even approved work on the car like replacing the upper control arms and control arm bushings, as well as rebuilding the parking brake assembly. On top of this the tech spent 4 days total evaluating the car and found the problem . This is in stark contrast to the idiots at Bell who had the car for 3 weeks ( actually 23 days), and put 642 miles on the car and still couldn't diagnose the issue and damaged the glass on my car. On top of this the service manager at Bell had the ***** to call a customer with an LS460 and tell him "we cant fix your car" . Then when I ask how can you tell a customer that you can not fix their Lexus at the Lexus dealership the service managers response was " well, we're only human". ( I guess I should just take my 70K Lexus flagship to PEP BOYS for problems). He then went on saying that if any more work was going to be done to the car someone was going to have to pay him.

Bottom line is in my nightmarish experience with the vibration problem, and Bell Lexus, Lexus corporate and Scottsdale Lexus really stepped up and came to my aid, and went above and beyond anything I would have expected. And to boot they FIXED THE CAR!!!!!!!

This sentence taken out of context, makes it sound like Bell Lexus also stepped up, which is not what you really mean, is it?

I meant that Bell Lexus in AZ and the vibration issue were horrible. Scottsdale Lexus and Lexus corporate blew me away with the customer care, attention to detail, and a commitment to resolve the issue. Lexus really is a cut above when they take care of customers ( or at least they did in my experience ). Scottsdale Lexus and Lexus corporate really renewed my faith in Lexus as a brand and even the dealership experience

yeah that needed some changes:

"Bottom line is in my nightmarish experience with the vibration problem and Bell Lexus has ended. Lexus corporate and Scottsdale Lexus really stepped up and came to my aid, went above and beyond anything I would have expected, and to boot they FIXED THE CAR!!!!!!! "

Couldn't help but notice that you haven't said what the vibration problem ended up being.

Default Bell Lexus is the worst dealership in AZ. Stay away.....far away...

it turned out to be a bad driveshaft and two bad rear 22" tires. Whats insane is that the people at Bell knew about the TSIB for the vibration and still couldnt figure it out even after 23 days and 624 miles of "test driving". I am very happy at Scottsdale Lexus. I would recommend staying away fro Bell Lexus at all costs.

I have been feeling the same recently as well. The entire fiasco with the vibration issue, bad wheels, bad tires, and a bad driveshaft has pretty much killed the modding bug in me. After all the drama I just want a car that gives me no crap. I love my car but a set of coil overs would be the cherry on top.

Default Bell Lexus in Phoenix

Sorry you have such a bad experience with Bell Lexus in Phoenix. It was not only bad, but
extremely rare, I believe. My wife and I have owned four Lexus vehicles over recent years, all purchased and serviced there. We have conducted a charity auction for many years at Christmas time, auctioning a Lexus from Bell.. We have always been extremely satisfied with their service department, and so have many of our friends who have been going to Bell on our
recommendation. They have been taking excellent care of my 2011 LS460L.

Wow, I must have missed this while it was going on. The manager is unbelievable -- telling another sister dealership to not service your car lol. This story seems to indicate problem at the top of the dealerships, and it trickle down all the way to the sorry excuse of a manager.

I'm in AZ and know someone who wants to buy a Lexus soon. I'll tell her to stay away from those 2 dealerships.
