I agree. First thing that popped in my head when I saw the pictures. Updates look very nice. But they could have done so much more with the rear though in general.

not even very tall. cargo space is really short (height).

i don't think article mentioned interior changes, short of what has to change for new gear/options.

it's not a bad interior although there's been a lot of reports of squeaks/creaks and poor fitment.

Very nice updates, love the LED headlights. Hope they up the interior quality a bit.

A nice update all around. Grille is much better, but the problem is the Toyota emblem dictates the shape of the entire grille. A few Toyotas suffer from this same problem.

checked all the options and the Limited will ring up to about $45k. The leather/vinyl quality is not as nice. I ALMOST bought a 2012 (put down the deposit and have transported to my local dealer) but back out and got the 450h instead.

The updates make it look nicer.

The four-cylinder models ride on standard 19-inch, 10-spoke aluminum alloy wheels. Distinctive 20-inch five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels are standard for the V6 model.

funny how Toyota sees the light see with standard 19 & 20 inch wheels here but elsewhere they don' t have a clue.....like no LED tails?

In general, a nicely-done vehicle, and, in AWD form, a better competitor to the class-leading Subaru Outback than the Honda Crosstour with its space-deficient, droop-down rear-end. But Toyota, IMO, needs to get rid of those obscenely-big 19/20" wheels (or at least make them an option, with 17" or 18" standard). Those big 20" monsters, IMO, not only look ludicrous on a vehicle of this class (its not meant to be a sports-wagon) but, with the low-profile-rubber, also noticeably stiffen the ride.

good question but the already shallow cargo area would then be only tall enough for a couple of pizzas.

Venza is heavy car, it is essentially a bit smaller Highlander.

I like the fact that the new grille has less bars. I wish they would update the wheels. I like the style, but dont we usually get a new wheel style with an update. I personally love the Venza,. I almost bought a new one rather my used LS. I had some issues with build quality so I went with the LS.

I agree, 20"s are just overkill. A standard 18" and optional 19" would suffice. Also not a fan of how the Ford Edge Sport uses 22"s
