Never in the last 30 years of following cars have I seen so many important releases all together. It's been a very hectic day trying to keep up with all the new debuts and photos. Forget Detroit and L.A., NY is the big cheese now!

exciting stuff. no longer can automakers sit around with a 6-year old product cycle when the competition is on a 3-4 year cycle and refreshes left and right. excellent news for buyers and enthusiasts

It has been nuts recently. Great time to subscribe to TONS of car magazines. What I think is hilarious is how everything is shown before the big debut events.

They get too anxious hah. My own opinion of why they do it is to "one-up" the other guy. Even just a few days head start may (or may not) get the car the momentum it needs from the public eye. That said its really a moot point if everyone does it lol. Just look at the Explorer Sport, barely a day on the inter webs and oh look here's the new Chevy Traverse hahah
