RIP....you will be missed. A true legend of the motorsports industry. Whether you're into domestics or imports, you've heard of Carroll Shelby.

I also was lucky enough to shake the big man's hand & it is the biggest hand I ever shook in more ways than one. It was during the 1st day I worked for Shelby American in CA in the early days of the Series 1 project development. I will try to post some pic's later.

All my pictures are too small to post (pre digital) Here's a visual for you though, 1 day I came back to work from lunch & Carroll is out in the parking lot in his Ram pickup he had installed a Viper engine in, doing doughnuts when he was about 77 years old!
