I think the formula they use to calculate cost of ownership is not too valid or realistic. If their formula is good, the LS600hL or any Lexus for that matter, won't be on the list as they are all pretty much maintenance and repair free. But then the LS600hL does have very high depreciation.

I am not aware Lindsay Lohan ever drove a SLS or wrecked any of them. Her 1st famous and biggest crash was in a SL65, then she drove a 997.1 Carrera S, Quattroporte and Granturismo...........she is definitely downgrading in cars over time and absolutely downgrading in the power of the cars she drive. She must be learning that she is a bad driver and or she is having less and less money. Her latest Panamera is not even turbocharged

Actually, the B7 has poorer resale value, just look at the lease residual, the B7 is around 47%, and normal 7 is about 61%.

That is true and make sense, the B7 appeal to much less people then a normal 7.

No, she wrecked two SL class cars. The SL and SLS are completely different vehicles.

Remember this selection of cars was made from those reviewed by Edmunds, where the more exotic vehicles do not receive a "True Cost to Own" rating; thus cannot be directly compared.
