Default My new ride has 570 torques!

Can anyone guess what it is? I should have it in my possession in a week and a half or so, but can anyone meanwhile guess what I bought?

Damn, you guys cracked it right up! I was hoping to get some super car guesses first.

Its an 2005 E350 Ford van... with 6.0 powerstroke turbo diesel. Just a work vehicle for me, but im still excited over that ridiculous torque number.

Nice ride.

Maintenance is very important on this particular engine. At least once a week, make sure you get on it real hard to keep the turbo clean of soot. The 6.0 was known for problems with the emissions system, and if you let it idle a lot and don't ever give it much throttle, you will have problems up the wazzoo. That turbo needs to be clean. Oil should be kept clear as well. Your EGR system, if you don't have emissions checks in your area, should be deleted. Most of the problems with the truck can be traced to the EGR system.

Oh with 570lb-ft of torque I'm sure he won't be light on the pedal

Congratulations. Pretty good-size van

Just a work vehicle for me,
So I take it you got the handyman-work version with no side/rear windows or seats? Full-passenger versions, of course, have 4 to 5 rows of seating and can carry as much as 15 small-to-normal-sized people.

I did not guess that because the latest HD truck diesels are close to 800 lb-ft of torque ...
