She may be going back to prison now that she lied to cops which in turn violates her probation. It also looks like she fled the scene after the accident which is another crime by itself.
Hopefully the system can actually put her behind bars for more than 2 minutes this time.

Well, I'm sure somebody does. These aren't just parking tickets. This girl has wrecked a cool 500K (possibly more) worth of premium-level cars, cost CA taxpayers a good sum in court-ordered detox treatments that don't seem to be working, and will cost the taxpayers more if the judge ever sends her to jail (as stormwind puts it) for more than two minutes at a time.

I wonder if they celebs can start their own insurance company as most people have to have (where I am from) 1 million dollar liability. So as long as they keep at least that in some kind of secure account, I couldn't see why not. Especially if that is true that there is policies against insuring them.

It is a sad situation. She is obviously unstable and who knows what was going on in the car before the wreck. I'd say she was likely not paying attention due to talking/texting on the phone, talking to her passenger, or something to that effect. At least the police already cleared her of intoxication, if I recall.
At any rate, it is what it is if she wants to screw up her own life. Addiction is a powerful thing and many people never beat it.
Now I drive that stretch of PCH a few times a year and there are often celebrities commuting around. Haven't seen too much shinadigans thank goodness. Half the time, the speed is only 5 mph anyway.

Somehow I don't think that wealth, glamor and notoriety make much of an impression on the laws of physics; which may come as a surprise to Ms. Lohan. This should be the last straw. For the sake of the motorists of SoCal, she needs to be taken off the road before she reaches the inevitable conclusion of her present lifestyle.

Was this in the Palisades along the PCH entrance? I work around the area, and on my way to work a few days ago, traffic was caused by an accident and I saw a crashed Porsche on the side. If that was indeed her, LOL.

She's had a couple recently. One, "InAPPropriate Comedy" is complete but unreleased, the other "Liz and D1ck" a TV movie is still shooting. Don't expect much from either as from the cast it's pretty obvious both are relying on LiLo's notoriety to put butts in the seats.
If she goes back to jail after some more courtroom antics, the movies might be released in anticipation of her boost in the headlines. Boy, that's a bad sign, when your wreck of a personal life is about all you can bring to the table for a job.

Well, even over and above physical looks (and looks, of course, don't always make a person), the last thing on earth a guy would want is a girl friend with her kind of problems. Besides, who knows who she herself may (?) be hitting on?
