Has anyone experienced a clunking noise in the front end? I replaced the sway bar bushings,sway bar arms,upper ball joints and the lower still a clunk over bumps any suggestions would be appreciated

What make / model vehicle? Lots of GM vehicles had problems with intermediate steering shafts that would lose lubrication and clunk.

Gs300 has 120k rides smooth no vibrations but if I hit a pothole or a bump it sounds like a tin can clunk

Does it have McPherson struts up front? Many modern vehicles use them because of their compact, space-saving setup. If so, a loose strut-assembly attachment can cause clunking. I've seen loose front-struts even on brand-new cars right out of the factory....though today it is rare.
