I've passed on the right on several occasions seeing the people on the far left lane don't have a brain and use it as it is intended for passing. Thing is, so many people do not use their turn signal here (it is probably the same everywhere else), which enrages me even more when I drive. The highway patrol, should stop giving out speeding tickets and give tickets to people who do not signal on the highway or does the speed limit in the passing lane.
