My favorite site, inspired my 65 Falcon Build. Don't just restore it, make it better!

For the more vintage minded mustang guy

I have the same screen name on both, hope to see you around.
Here are a few pics of the progress on my Falcon

Here's another one, tailored specifically for classic Mustangs.

Of course, we talk about Mustangs here, too (classic and otherwise) on CAR CHAT, though the general type of car-talk here may not be quite what you are looking for, or how to restore one.

Nice-looking job. Is that a Falcon Futura model, with the 2-door and fastback roofline? The original first-generation '64-66 Mustangs, BTW, were done on a Falcon chassis, though the Shelby GT350 and GT500 versions had a number of modifications and were in a separate class.

Yep, 65 Futura, Hardtop. When it was born is shared much with a Mustang, but at this point the only things Ford on it are the body shell and the drivetrain. The suspension is a full TCI pro-touring set up modified to fit the Falcon framerails with big Wilwood 6 pistons up front and vented 2 pistons D154s out back. It should be a hoot on the street and the autocross when finished.
