Isn't it suppose to come with designo interior? I saw some pictures , in the S63/65, the designo interior is just jaw dropping. Best ones I have seem this side of RR and Bentley!








Btw, saw an used 10' RR Ghost in the dealership, lease for 1985/mo! Must resist, must resist!

Imo, if I was in the market for a CL or S, wood steering wheel is a must. Wonder why they don't make it standard, LS got it except for F sport.

i believe in later years wood steering is standard. and i think if you go amg, then it's not wood (makes sense imho)

i think there is a few deseigno package, white interior is common, and i think i have seen other black ones too

oh i guess in the 65 they go all out.

but what i meant was even now if you get amg (s63 or cl63), i don't think wood wheel is standard (unlike normal s and cl)

I was trying to negotiate on a white on white designo cl600 before I found mind. It is so damn beautiful!! The diamond stitched patern is exclusive to the 65 models. I strongly dislike that light color wood above for some reason^^^ but I'm glad I found the color combo I have. I'll ***** out a pic of my interior
Idk what the wood is called, but I really love it. It looks black in the pic, but it's not. I also don't know what interior color combo this is, but it's not the normal tan leather. The dash is a bit darker than the rest of the interior, hehehe.... I didn't like the other tan option,( I guess the standard?), really looked, not as high class, to me...but maybe I'm just spoiled?

So the diamond stitches are for 65 only? It looks so beautiful but I guess one has to pay top dollar for it. Adamls2, your interior is beautiful, but you should know the name of your interior combo after owning it for a long time!

I am with you, wood steering wheel is a must have. It is just how Euro's companies works, nothing is standard, everything is available, but you must pay extra for it. It is so annoying to me, I rather they make the MSRP higher and includes everything.

Do you have wood wheel in your 750iL? I know it is optional in the Bimmer too, but does it come with the individual trim package that you have?

So wood wheel is standard on the S/CL 550/600?

Normal S/CL63 don't come with wood wheel, you can only get the wood wheel with the designo package, along with heated steering wheel.
