There is a condo development in Manhattan that has a car elevator that goes to each unit. I just wonder how much a pain it is, if people are trying to leave at the same time though.

This unit you probably can't see your car.

Well, if that elevator fails then you will stuck in the car and can't get anywhere. Thats why you should take a separate elevator up to the apartment.

I love it!

But if I have that kind of money, I'd rather have this same kind of contraption in my single family home (not a high-rise). If you have this kind of loot, surely you can get a house with that contraption made into it.

I guess if this is Asia and space is a premium, maybe not.

Nevertheless, I love the idea.

But man if/when that elevator breaks down, that would really SUCK.

So what if elevator fails, you are rich. You've got another car, your spare parked in the garage. The ultra-rich do not have the worries some of us have. There's a driver on 24/7 standby too. You do not wait nor want for anything.

Very cool. Reminds me of the movie Tower Heist where the rich guy has Steve McQueens Ferrari 350GT Lusso in his living room

It takes too much time to park just one car. What if there are five residents lining up, it might take twenty minutes to finish the whole processes. Sure it looks cool but not very safe and convenient in my opinion.

Nice but I would rather just own in a building that I can drive into the garage and park it myself, garages are concrete to contain the fiery blast, lets keep it that way

ROTFLMAO

Yeah, that just looks like a lot of inconvenience as it pertains to a high rise.

I'd rather just live in the country in a single family home, and be able to just drive straight into my living room from the street and park my car. Or maybe have a glass floor and have my garage in the basement, so anytime I look down, I could see my exotics.

But hey, when you're rich, you do what you want. That's earth.
