the only time i have traded in a new car was when i bought a 2003 silverado with the v-8 work truck out the door for $13k on gm employee price with a bunch of discounts on top.sticter was $21.3k
3 months later i sold it to carmax for $14.2k.
years later i bought a 2007 classic ext cab silverado LT for $21.7k and drove it for 2 years and put 13k miles and sold it for $75 dollars less then i paid for it sticker was $28.7.man i miss those days.
gm employee prices are not crap any more.i drive toyotas now.

My dealer has one just like this one but in black and they list it for $57.7k with 9600 mi. This is MORE than the new car price. It was originally leased by the Sale Manager who now just got an F-Sport AWD White/Cabernet.
