Yes you can tune a NA engine, everything you see in GT5 is real. But tuning an NA engine takes much more time and money for a small gain compare to boosted engine.

i never looked into the e9x m3, but on the e60 m5 (na v10), you can tune the ecu to get like 50hp more. it's been done

Really, that is a big gain for an NA tune. But I guess it is 10% and that V10 does already have every NA tricks known to man. Too bad that V10 don't mate to any tranny that I like That is one semi exotic V10 that you can buy for dirt cheap now a days.

yeah it won't be drastic like other FI setup, but i think that's still relatively respectable. if i were to get e60 m5 (well not happening anymore), i would have just gotten the 6mt and call it a day. just can't really stand the smg

the new dct though, they are awesome

You made a good choice, overall, the NSX is more fun then a E60 M5
