Maybe my body proportions are off haha. My head was pretty close, definitely wouldn't fit with a helmet on. In the s2k I was running recaro SPG's with low brackets for the extra headroom.

That was because that S550 was a one year great deal gap filler, I am sure you would have modded it if it was a nice AMG package car.

Congratulations, great pick up. I will own a NSX sometime in my life. I never even knew they made a white on white. I have never even seen a white one on the street. I have never heard of anyone who did not love their NSX and was sad and regretted selling it. The resale value it retains is amazing, the NSX is the only mid engined exotic supercar that is as reliable and as easy to maintain as a family sedan and the only one you can be confident in buying reliability wise even if it has several thousand miles on it.

I still remember the first time I saw one, I have loved them ever since.

thanks again everyone. yes, it's really love at first sight. sometimes i think about it, considering the car came out in 1991 (21 years ago) and still it looks so exotic, that shows honda really did something right. indeed quite a few people daily their nsx, there is one that has over 400k miles!!!

if i end up putting wheels on the car, for sure i will lower it. the stock wheel gap is pretty big

Congrats dude. Absolutely sick color combo. If you go back to Honda/Acura this is the only way to go, back into time!

Nice pick up, man. Congrats. You certainly don't see those on the road every day.

What year was the S550?

seriously, very different car. everything considered, i would say the m3 is a more overall packaged car. meaning it carries some comfort, gadgets and amenities, but at the same time has the power and capability to go fast / aggressive.

nsx is pure driving. it's hard to get into the car, it's stiff and harsh. it's louder as well, little luxury and technologies. but driving wise it's a lot more fun than the m3.

honestly, that's also what initially made me unsure about the nsx. if you think about it, my past 5 years, ls460l, gs350, m3, s550, as sporty as m3 gets they are all still somewhat "luxury". when i first got into the nsx, i lost all that. so the whole 6 hours driving home, i was wondering if i made the right choice.

but now after few weeks, that feeling is gone and that's mostly because i have understood how to appreciate what this car is about.

the funny side? now i drive our suv during the weekends and
1) i feel like i am deaf, coz' i can't hear anything
2) the car is all over the place coz' i expect too much from it
