hey, im new to the club but i'm about to purchase an LS 350 for my wife, looking for the best company to do that. If you ever shipped before or have knowledge advice. so many scamming

There is no such thing in the U.S. And, what do you mean by "company"? Are you referring to a dealership...or buying a car on-line?

Not available in the U.S. It would be very difficult to get one overseas and legally register here for road use in the States.
Shipping I hypothesize if it's overseas. I haven't seen any CL member mention doing anything like it in the past.
