400 million….wow….Interent went nuts over Toyota….internet sweeping this under the rug… 
This goes to show why the Toyota system is so good, it achieves what is advertised. Its not fluffery….the 40MPG they screamed got a lot of new customers for that reason….
The good news is they acknowledged it, revised the numbers and now are making amends...
