Exactly. Headroom is fine on both unless you are shaq. That's why it's great to know people, know what cars they drive here, etc. It's easier to form an assessment on their opinion.
For example everyone that has met me knows I'm a big guy so when I say headroom is fine on both they are fine on both.

Kind of, I now work in Lexus customer service, and get to drive new and old ES, CT and RX every day..
Basically the handling, it feels more 'alive" I do not feel a big change in ride, it is still very comfortable on the highway at 80 mph..

personally, this new ES looks a lot more luxurious to me, inside and out... I dont think I would get previous ES, it just didnt look like real Lexus to me... ride or no ride, handling or no handling...
